Popcorn

I like popcorn and so does Pip. I use an air popper so there is no salt or butter involved. Pip gets pretty excited when he hears the popping. The only problem is that he’s a greedy little pest.
I gave him two pieces in his dish. Then I sat down on the couch with the bowl. He came running down his boing to the floor and ran over to the couch. So I dropped him a piece on the floor. He ignored that, climbed the Afghan and jumped on my arm. As soon as I had a couple of pieces in my hand, he came running down my sleeve and proceeded to eat my popcorn out of my hand (I had to eat left handed).
after the bowl was done, with him having eaten a couple of pieces, I put him back in his cage, where he promptly took a drink and started to munch on the original pieces.
what a scam artist.
He will also do that if I have peanuts. He shares mine first, then eats his. Reminds me of the old saying “what’s yours is mine and what’s mine is mine.“

It’s really embarrassing to be constantly out maneuvered by an ounce of feathers. Lol

Lol that is amazing and made me laugh. Thanks for sharing!
My experience with popcorn has been mixed. Every bird I have had seems determined to dive into the bowl and come out with popcorn stuck to them via static electric

Omigosh I forgot about the static making it stick to them! Hilarious!!!
