The good news is that you now know your training treat. Now you just need to use feed that has minimal sunflower seeds in it.
The best luck I have had has been with Lafeber Nutri-berries. They have the classic but I have the best luck my doing a bit of mixing and match between Classic, Sunny Orchard, El Paso. They have other types but that is the ones my guys like. They are also sized so make sure to get a size that your bird will like, mainly parkeet, lovebird sized.
They also have a fair pellet that my guys will eat from time to time.
