I am very sorry to hear about your beloved budgie. It is very difficult to lose our loved ones. She is lucky to have had someone who loved and cared so much about her. Fly free, beautiful Glory.

Fly free is probably a North American expression. It just means fly free from your body and the pain you ensured. But I like what you said - I also hope she will have a good other life.

That’s very beautiful. Wise words from a wise person. I lost my beloved dog in December 2021 so I know exactly what you mean. We always wish and pray that it wouldn’t happen but that isn’t a choice we get to make.

Thank you. I have my Parrotlet and I have a new puppy now. But I still miss all my animals who have passed on. I think it is very kind of you to take in sick birds but it can be very hard on you too when they pass. It is difficult to treat sick birds, they are so delicate. 13 years is excellent for a budgie! You obviously take very good care!
