The wing edge is the determining factor. If the end of the wing is blue, then you have a boy. Otherwise, some girls have the blue in the places you see. I didn't see any blue on the wing to indicate a boy.
Is Kiwi a boy?
Hey everyone! I have a parrotlet named Kiwi who I was told was a female at the pet store but I think she may be a male! Kiwi has some light blue behind her eye and on her wing and has a very dark blue above her tail. I have a have another parrotlet that is a confirmed female who has laid some eggs and I would love to know if they could be fertile!! Here are some photos of kiwi!!
