Welcome to this lovely community, Sparrow is sweet!
It is a special journey for all of us, but for first time parrotlet owners especially, I think.
I will say this first, but the cage looks way too small for him and trust me, I know cos we went through this not long ago with Kiki. I would suggest to get a bigger cage asap, as you can't just place him in a new one right away. And he will soon exhibit a need for more space within his cage. Wish you lot of amazing moments together and a strong friendship.
