So excited to share with you! We decided it's time for a new baby. It's been a little over a year since we lost Bentley. Our new cage will arrive around Wednesday or Thursday. I'm already ordering things to fill up his cage. We went with a larger cage this time.

We're waiting on a baby that's from a breeder close by. He should be ready in 2 or 3 weeks. He's hand feeding now. The breeder has been sending me weekly pictures and videos of the whole clutch. Because of the Covid-19 shelter in place, I won't go over to pick out our new baby until they are all ready in order to minimize exposure.

It's been 5 years since we've had a baby parrotlet. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, since I may have forgotten some things. I really appreciate this forum so much! You guys are awesome! Oh, I almost forgot, shout out to @Sweetpeasmom for the cage suggestion. We bought our cage from www.valuecrate.com too.

I'll send pictures as soon as our new baby arrives.

Sandy
Good luck with your new baby! I’m very happy for you!

Congratulations on the new baby! 😊

Iím looking for a new cage for my Willie but I havenít found one I liked yet where the price was reasonable and good reviews! Wayfare and Petco websites the Flight cages all pretty much had bad reviews! ☹️ I also looked at the website where you got your new cage from and I called their contact person but theyíre not getting in anymore of those cages in lighter colors. It is a really nice looking cage though! I canít wait till social distancing is over because I really want to go look around in this big bird store at some cages that they have but guess right now Iíll have to wait! ☹️
