One of my girls laid a mystery egg

I have two, almost year old, females (sisters from the same clutch). They now live in separate cages, however still love to sleep together at night.

Longer story short, one laid an egg last night. I am not sure who they've bonded with (me or with eachother...they hate eachother during the day). What should I do now. The egg was infertile.

You definitely want to try to discourage any more egg laying. Do not remove the egg at this point as it will encourage more eggs to be laid to replace the one lost. The female that laid the egg may lay additional eggs. There are 2 stickies in Your Parrotlet's Health section that you may find helpful. Be sure to provide plenty of calcium to allow the bird to replace what was needed to lay the egg.

Anya will become famous soon enough

Even without a male present, a female bird can lay eggs. Just allowing your two females to sleep together at night is a strong enough stimulus to cause egg-laying. And, you have to consider that there is a possibility that your other female may start laying eggs, too. Female birds are programmed to lay eggs; it doesn’t take much to get them started, so the sleepovers should stop. The last thing you want is chronic egg-laying.
