Thanks for replies guys. I don’t have any issue with tap water here in UK so that’s not a problem. Re the clipping, the breeder doesn’t advise and pet shop person said it’s illegal here so will be taming the terror with non clipped wings. Cage has arrived today, and been for supplies. Excited! I’ll post a pic when collect him at he weekend then will no doubt be asking lots of questions.

So exciting! However the date is now confirmed that I pick him up this Saturday!! Yikes. Having last minute panics. How long should I leave him to settle in first?

I try to let mine settle in a few days before I try to handle them, with millet everyday for a couple of weeks . Don't take millet away till they are eating well, it is their lifeline when a baby. Excited for you!
