Camomile Tea

Can anyone tell me the directions for making Camomile Tea for Willie? I know it has to be very diluted for small birds I believe? When I make it for myself I make it strong so I know I wouldn’t be able to share what I make for myself with him though cause gotta be diluted right?

I have read that chamomile tea is actually a good herbal remedy for stress as it has a calming effect on parrots. I am not sure if people make it more dilute or in a special way for their pet birds. On a related note, there are actually tea blends made speficially for birds called Greywood Manor, although they appear to be the loose tea.

Here is an article on tea and pet birds by a biologist at https://c54cdc2a-67f0-4fa6-943c-da0e...091f05d6df.pdf
