It has been awhile since I have been on but Pip and I are doing fine just taking it easy and staying safe. I will post a few pictures of Pip that I took today he is doing great and is a cool little dude for sure...

Pictures are kind of hard to see and he was already back in his cage for the day but he is doing fine.

Thumbs up

I was wondering where you went! You do know that I lost Ricochet on March 29th at 2 pm. His accidental passing still haunts me and especially Vicki. Pip Pip is a very beautiful birdie.

Vicki says, " Hello " and she and I want you to stay safe!
Give the Pipster a kiss for us!

@David I do know that you lost Rico sorry again for your loss. Any thought of getting a new little one? If I remeber correctly the last I was on you were talking about a little blue guy but could not get in touch with them or something.

I am being as safe as I can wearing a mask and using wipes/hand sanitizer when I go out every two weeks for my shopping. The stores we have around here are good with things and all the employees wear masks. (not all of them require customers too though) I go early in the morning when there are not as many people around too so that helps. I live in a small town/county but we do have cases I think today it was at 19 active cases in my county (13 in the last 7 days though) We did not have any cases till after the big forth of July event they have at the lake every year. I don't go out to it anyway but kind of figured there would be issues after it was over. I seen Florida was bad for a bit but seems like your numbers are going down now.

I couldn't get that blue p'lett. There was a mix up and the order was removed from the site. Oh, well. There is a lady in WVA who sells healthy green rumps and I am thinking of getting 2 brothers from her next Spring, if there is a hatching with at least two. Joeyd just got one from her and the bird is just a doll! I can drive up to WVA with my son and bring them home...depending on my health and availability of the birds.

A new blood disease found in me was detected 3 months ago and I just went through another round of testing to see if things got worse. It did, but my doctor is getting a medicine from France that has not been approved here in the USA yet and it looks promising. Will see. I will turn 67 on September 3rd. I never thought I would make it this far!

Dave
