Some of the cloth ones are also a health risk due to what they're made of--fibers can get compacted in the bird's crop. Imo they're not worth the risk.

Working from home would probably make it easier, unless you or you wife is the type to need quiet. It'll mean an adjustment six months down the road when you go back to work, though.
