Hi again GrandmaLil, it’s GrandmaPeggy,
You were so kind in your reply to me that I wanted to update you about Corby. I had reached out to you and two other NJ women but no one knew of anyone who might be able to love him and give him a good home.
I emailed Dave after ricochet passed as I knew Corby would have the ideal parrotlet Life with Dave. I wrote it with my heart but I never heard back from him.
Then I just stopped going on the forum. I learned a great deal from it but lately all I do is compare Corbys life to the other birds.
Then I realized Corby doesn’t know any different life than what he has with me. He seems happy. Always chirping away and beak grinding. He seems content.
He loves when I sit next to him and he loves his daily walnut and always gets excited to be covered at night.
So Corby and I are going to remain together! He is after all a “Jersey boy”!
Thank you again for your kind words and stay safe with your little Pip in this crazy world.
