Yes mine have them in their seed(sunflower seed).

But I just bought unsalted pumpkin seed.

I should have said yes I give pumpkin seeds to my birds also but not everyday they love them and would not eat anything else, if I let them....I am pretty sure the unsalted pumpkin seeds are okay..

I used to get Volmans but Sprout only wanted to eat the safflower seed (little white seeds) and they too have too much fat content. So I picked them out but it was 3/4 of those seeds and I gave up.
