Looking For Your Help

Hello everyone. To make our "network" of websites more cohesive, I'm in the process of creating new styles for TP and TC that are based off of TB's v3 skin. For the most part they're complete, but I'm in need of logos that mesh well with the rest of the site.

I'm looking for someone to design me a logo for each site that fits in with the color scheme of the respective site. A preview image of each site is attached so you can get an idea of the color scheme. (Yes, I'm aware that all of TB's links are on those sites right now. :p)



As a reward, I will offer:

If you are a TB member: a free 1-year subscription. If you're already a subscriber, this will get added on to your current subscription. If you choose to do this work pro bono, you can gift the 1-year subscription to a friend. :)
If you are not a TB member: $12 via Paypal, the equivalent of a 1-year subscription at TB.

Oh, and when you mean logo, do you want a banner for each site "TP & TB" or a actual log (both TP and TB combined)

The logos for Talk Parrotlets and Talk Cockatiels should be separate. Each logo should blend with the header space of the respective site. If you go to TB, the blue area at the top of the page is the header space. For TC, the color is very similar. For TP, the same area is there but in green.

Is there a set deadline? I might try my hand at make a couple of illustrations for this, I like drawing birds anyway... It sounds like you'd like a banner, or maybe a banner with an inserted logo, is this correct?

There really is no deadline. I have no set date of completing everything, so when an idea comes to you put it together and I'll take a look. :)

No idea why, because this is not my thing at all... But I kind of want to try... Couple questions though, how do I get the picture to mesh into the top green banner part of the page, like the are where you would put that. Or is that something you will do yourself? Do you want it to look a lot like the Budgie one where it's all just kind of one thing, or is something kind of similar to what we already have ok, where it's like boxed off?

Also, parrotlet pictures...do I just use random ones or get people to submit photos of their parrotlet for the banner?
