How about a Swap Meet or Classifieds ?

I accidentally started a discussion in Judie's Shoe thread and don't want to hijack it any further :) (so I am posting a new one)

I thought that a classifieds for swap meet for those that are interested in swapping toys and bird items for other things..

It is so often that I purchase something that Apple did not take too and my box is growing :)
Each of our little companions likes different things.. you just don't know until you get it home ;)

What do you guys think ? any ideas welcome :)

I agree! the only thing is the items would have to be cleaned thoroughly before swapping of course... not saying anybody's bird on here has something, but you never know. & that would just be a risk you would have to take... but i definitely agree i think it's a great idea!!!:D

the items I have in mind for myself are new and not used because the little lady did not like them :)
condition should be excellent :)

thats a great idea. Yea i think you would pretty quick if your p'let is interested or not so most of the toys should be fairly new.

True, but I always clean toys before they end up in the cage, just in case.

I think it could be a lot of fun. I have a few toys still with tags on them. I buy multiples of the same toys in case he does like them I have a back-up. In cases where he doesn't like them, I end up just sitting on the duplicates.

Hey, B your new little guy might like what Apple doesn't, my 2 have different things they each like. But yes that is a very good idea.
