natural branches

hey guys i read that natural branches for parrotlets are good i have some but do you have to do something to them or can you just put it straight in ??

Do you mean ones gathered from the outside? If so, I recommend cleaning them, making sure that nothing has been sprayed on them, and baking them (there's info on the specifics of time and temp somewhere on the forum) to kill any insect eggs.
