Hi! I just joined today. I've had a parrotlet (Gwenifer...or just Gwen) for a little over a year now. I also have two parakeets and I hand raise zebra finches (currently there's 12 of them with one hatchling in one of the nests). Also have two dogs, a cairn terrier and a corgi.

Hope to learn a lot and to share stories!

Hi Auri, I'm new too, there seems to be some knowledgeable people here with really cute little birds.Don't despair, from what I've read so far P'lette's have various quirks just like people. I know theirs someone here that has experienced what you describe too. They will help just keep checking the posts. good luck
