Well... I'm staying up late tonight like normal because I work the night shifts on mondays, but tonight I'll be going out at 1am to go watch the meteor showers. I can't wait! It's supposed to be really good this year. There is a new moon tonight, so the night sky willl be dark. I'm going to drive out the country side to watch them, it's only like 20 minutes from my house. . . I live on the fringes of the city.
Anyways, my cage will be arriving on Tuesday, and I'm very excited. I just hope I'm not too sick to put it together. A viral infection has been sweeping the city, and I went over to my sisters to pick up a check for school and stayed to talk to her for 10 minutes... today my lymph nodes feel swollen, my head is hazy, and I have less of an appetite then normal... so, hopefully I won't get sick. I ate some healthy food and consumed some vitamin c. Let's see how this goes.... 1 week before school, my last week of summer (i only got 4 weeks for summer because of summer school, my own choice) and I am potentially going to be sick. I refuse to get sick. That's right. It's mind over matter, right?
Well, back on subject. I'll be posting pictures of the cage once it's up and I have it stocked. I really hope Gelato likes it. I think a few more rope perches will be needed now!
