Finally the day arived, and the beautiful, new, HUGE cage is here at last! :D
They have been all around, looking at the sights and now I think they're good tired from all that running around, because they've found a spot and is cuddling each other now :p

Now, I only need some of those bungees or rope things... Some more toys (I prefer homemade) and a natural wooden perch - you know, those that twist in all directions. Tomorrow I hope to go out shopping like a madman ;)

Moving them from one cage to the other is the only thing that didn't work out as I had hoped. Mally flew direktly into (and not through the door, but straight into the side) the new cage, because my husband changed the waterbowl and didn't think to close the door of the old cage.
And then Nippet flew after her, because "how could she dare to leave him alone?" (he depends ALOT on Mally).
It all happened so fast, I just stood there looking... :o They're fine now though, and it does not seem that the bad first impression ruined the cage for them;)

I'm so happy on their behalf:D

Yay for a brand new HUGE cage!

Fill it with toys! They will LOVE you forever!

Here's a pic of Jack's cage. It's a bad photo, but gives you an idea of how many toys these guys need

Wonderful with a pic of the toys needed, I have also been looking around on the site. It is wonderful to see that all the little birdies are so well taken care of and have so much to simulate their brains :)
The cage can not be seperated, it is one large cage :)

Thanks for all the positive remarks, I will buy LOADS of toys!

Not trying to steal this post but, SKhurley, is that a teflon pan I see sitting on your stove? Please say no and shame on me for saying anything! Your babies will love their new home - that is so different from the previous one!! Have a great time toy buying. Now you're biggest problem will be when to stop buying, it is so much fun!! Fun to make them too!

I know... I ran out of money buying toys, so the rest have to wait until next month:p

They're really loving that they now have so many different places, in which to "spy" on me and my husband... And then when I look at them, they hurry on away like I'm gonna eat them:eek: And they tell me off, screaming and going bonkers... "How dare you look at me this instant, when I'm trying to figure out what on earth you're doing???"

I love their weird little minds :)
