Oh my Riley loves the Tv... I live my tv on all the time for my bird and my maltese dog. They both love it.

Mine have their own room (spoiled!), so no t.v. (yet), but I have a radio on all day for them, which they seem to enjoy.

Mine seems to like his radio - he's not used to TV but it didn't bother him the few times I had to move him into my bedroom...

Bart doesn't mind the TV or the radio, mind you they are not near his cage. At night when he goes to bed, we just keep the volume low or use headphones.
On another note, when we first had him we were watching a movie on the computer and the song "Fly, Robin, Fly" started playing. Well, I started to sing along with it and almost got my face ripped off.
Moral, you may not want to sing along to the TV/Radio if you want to keep your good looks. LOL.

My Oliver seems to watch TV when it's on, as his cage is close to the one in the office, but he normally is pretty indifferent to it. The only time I've ever seen him get overly excited with the TV is when Tom & Jerry was on. He really enjoyed the music from the chase scenes!

Clover's flown to the TV once and looked at it and then pecked it, realized it wasn't fun and has ignored it since, but she LOVES to watch bird videos on YouTube, etc. I say "Want to watch a video?" and she cocks her little head and gets all fluffy and excited. Too cute.

My quaker loves it when I listen to music on my iPod stereo. It makes him talk, and chatter to himself. My tiel could not care less. Although he loves Enya, and Norah Jones, anything else, and he doesn't notice.
As far as tv, my quaker loves watching movies with me. Cartoons seem to be his favourite. And again the tiel could care less.
When I had my parrotlet I know this is going to sound odd, but my tv broke, and I did not buy another. My boyfriend gave me a tiny little one, but I kept it in my bedroom, and the birds are all in the living room to keep me company so...
It will be interesting to see what my new parrotlets will think of tv, and I wonder if they too will enjoy cartoons?

It is fine as long as it isn't really loud for Chipper. Also, not at night. She goes to her sleep cage for a silent sleep.
