Kiwi...the only thing I see that isn't really that good in the recipes is added sugar and white flour. Whole wheat flour is best for our babies (and us!) and too much sugar is not good either. Birds seem to like things that are sweetened with fruit.
But I didn't look at all of them and some I really would like to try.
