I have posted my pictures on several sites.
This site is rejected them over and over.
This is not going good.
Photobucket is not a good site....any other ideas?

Sorry- I had tons o trouble getting my pictures onto this site but someone helped me figure it out. I'm completely inept at this technology stuff but read thru some of threads on the forum about photos and maybe it will help you the way it helped me. Like someone told me- If I was sitting next to you I could show you but to put into words is another problem of it's own.......wish I could be more help- I know exactly what you feel like! P.S. I finally got photobucket to work but it took a long time

Boy, I don't have any trouble at all with Photobucket! It's my favorite actually! What about Flickr? That's a free one too.

There is a photo sharing website called tinypics.com. I find it easier. Photobucket changed something and it does not let me change the size of the pics. Tinypics works good. Give it a try

I hate those photo sites. I upload from my puter as an attachment. If you need to make them smaller I open the pic, right click and re-size. Good luck!

That's what happened to me with photobucket but then I don't know what happened and it allowed me to do some but not others .......way frustrating..the only size options were tiny and small.....I'll probably never know but persistence paid off and thanks again jodeg!!!!!!

Ladybird - I've NEVER heard that about Photobucket! I've used it for several years without any problems whatsoever. I'll see if I can find any information on it, but I sure find that hard to believe!

He is a very good at what he does.So I take his word serious.
Lime wire is another one that can be trouble, too.
We had a p.c crash over that site....so no more now.
I will wait for my son and maybe by this week-end have more
pictures posted.

That is what I do also, Sweetpea. That is the easiest method. If it says that your photo is too big you can opt to resize it. I use 600 x 800 (or vice versa, I can't remember) and add as an attachment.

Ladybird - We sure can't be too careful these days! These stupid viruses are everywhere! I've not heard of Lime wire, but will watch out for it.
Have you heard of Tinypics.com that Granny mentioned? Any problems with it?
I did a search for Photobucket and viruses and found some information that said they have had a problem in the last few days and are aware of it and are "working on it". I haven't visited the site in a few days, but will stay away for a while. May check out Tinypics.
Thanks for the warning! We have to look out for each other!
