i just went and checked on my parrotlets and i found a dead baby a chick hatched the 9th and another one was suppose to hatch yesterday but it didnt hatch so i figured it was infetile and today when i checked on the it i found a dead baby in the box with the older one what do i need to do??? and i also dont kno if it was the one that was suppose to hatch tomoro or yesterday

Is it the birds first clutch. There are many things that can contribute to the babies death. Many times the parents don't know what they are doing for the first clutch. They may have over fed them or accidently sat on them.
What are you using on the bottom of the nest box. How deep is the nesting material that you are using. What are you feeding the parents. Do you have an extra water dish below the nest box.
I always put a number on each egg when they are laid. This way I know when each egg should hatch.

this is their first clutch but the fist chick is still alive and healthy and yes i have a bowl of wate under the nest and i am using pine shavings as nesting materials but do i need to get the dead baby out or what will it make the parents mad and they kill the other baby or what????

Take the dead baby out. Check the crop to see if it has food in it, Also check the baby to see if there is any blood on it. Sometimes the parents know if the baby is sick and going to die, so they don't feed it. Checking the crop and for blood should tell you why the baby died.
