Inspired By The Bird Fair! - Part 2

I made these toys today. The ring is a cardboard "bagel" about 4" in diameter. They come in all different sizes. I probably won't use them again because they are really hard to drill holes in -- the cardboard wants to separate. I used leather strips for the doo-dads -- also hard to work with, hard to thread through things. I like the hemp I used in the toys I made yesterday a lot better. It's stronger too than the leather. The pink pacificiers are big, about 2-1/2" long. I got them at Hobby Lobby.

Anyway, here's pics - I worked each bird's name into the toy.

Well, that's it for now -- my fingers are sore from tying knots! I need to come up with more ideas and I need a NAP! :D
