Had to share this....Fruit loop did the sweetest thing tonight....
I laid down and he hopped from my finger to the pillow next to me. I started humming to him like i always do, because he just watches me like he is mesmerized...eventually i started getting sleepy so i closed my eyes, still humming, and then as i got sleepier i stopped humming. As soon as I stopped, I felt him start to crawl up my arm toward my face, so I popped an eye open (unknown to him) to see what he was doing. He went straight to my lip and tapped it (no biting at all) with his little beak, as if to say "why did the singing stop??" It was soo cute....i pretended to remain asleep, and he just nestled right up next to my cheek and was fast asleep in no time. It was so adorable, i just had to share.
