I admit it....I want to cheat. Do you think one of those mini food processors would work to chop up Kirby's veggies? I don't want mush but small enough that it's easier for him to eat.

I just have two linnies, and I use this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Black-Decker-EHC650-2-Speed-Chopper/dp/B00005MF97/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1244067156&sr=8-1
It's very basic, but it's easy to use and it's small, doesn't take up much room on the countertop or in the cabinet.

I'm glad you asked....I've been searching online and I'm not sure if I have the right thing.....does it come with a bunch (like 5 or so) cup-like tops? Does it kinda look like a blender?
I'm thinking the black and decker one looks like it would take up less counter space. Is it fairly easy to clean? Dishwasher cleanup would be absolutely great!

I use Cruisinart. I just bought it 2 days ago and it chops fine if put on low. Nice small model. I really enjoy it.

There's a link for a magic bullet on Amazon. They sell them on TV also. It isn't as wonderful as the commercials make them out, but it is a great little blender! It comes with some mugs for smoothies and things, a tall cup, a short cup, a whipping blade, and a chopping blade. I chop all sorts of things in there. Also, the whipping blade makes great whipped cream and the fluffiest scrambled eggs ever! I live in a small apartment without enough space for a real blender. The bullet is small enough that I just stick it in a drawer when I'm done with it.

Great! Thanks much for the link. I wasn't sure if I was looking at the right thing. Looks like it is super easy to clean up too.
Thanks folks!
