Jan & Dean,
You win! 18 parrotlets is the site record!
Welcome aboard, I suspect we will learn more from you than you will from us.
Memmey,
Apparently Jan & Dean did not listen to you on the multiple parrotlet issue ;) :D .

18?!?! Holy moly! Looks like you have a zoo there. I absolutely LOVE that you adopted/rescued all of your "kids" from people who didn't want them anymore. People like you are wonderful! I have a feeling I will be rescuing lots of animals when I get a house. :p

I have 18 if you count the parrotlets in our adoption program :)
Only 12 are "mine" though.
Isn't it a blast to have that many to play with?!?! I have more fun with them when they are paired - or even better - in a flock.
Andrea,
The owner of this site, Dave, set up the site as a memorial to his bird. He has a parrotlet website but no parrotlets! If you have adoption candidate, he may be a sucker, oops, I mean potential adopter ;) .

After many years of living with birds, you just get used to it and it's just not "home" without that lively chatter....I love it!
