I'm apologizing in advance because I know I may be paranoid.
Oliver seems to be breathing heavily. I can clearly see him breathing and it's pretty heavy (at least to me). Than again, I am not an expert on 'bird breathing' so I do not know what is normal and what isn't. Again, I am probably being paranoid, but this is something I need to check on.
Thanks in advance (& for putting up with me!!):o

Birds breathe faster than people. If he's breathing heavily, it may be due to stress or a scare. If he's puffed up and his eyes are closing while breathing, then you may have a sick bird.
I hope this was just a scare and that he's not really sick!

Is it constant, or just after an attempted flight or scare?
When I first got Herbie I worried and worried because p-lets "puff" more than other birds and seem to breathe heavy. They turn into dumplings when they are happy. If you look in the pictures section, you'll see posts about "little dumplings." It is sometimes more noticeable how they breathe when they are like that.
If my parakeet would do that I would be concerned she was sick. When Herbie does that I've learned that he's just happy, content and warm.

Like I said, when I first got him I thought he was sick because he'd puff like some of these pictures. Nope. Just a behavior. P-lets are so different than other birds.

Nope, beak isn't open. I've actually gotten used to this behavior now, it's normal for him. My Olly is happy & healthy and cuuuuuuute!!!
