Hi everyone! I am so pleased to find a forum with a lot of parrotlet lovers! I dont have a parrotlet yet but I would like one...The trouble is I am having trouble finding the right breeders. If anyone can direct me to a super good breeder in the CT/MA area that would be excellent!!! Thank you~!

Evynne Welcome and I am new here also. I just purchased my bird Saturday from a breeder in RI. Here is her website if you would like to check her out. http://www.roscitiquarterhorses.com/aviary/index.htm
she had a few 8-9 week old Baby's left when I was there on Saturday.
Good Luck and let us know when you get your bird.

im up in New hampshire and I found a good petstore, actually they are top notch, I've never seen a pet store so clean and the animals so well taken care of. They have hadnfed baby parrotlets there for 249.99, am I getting a good deal? I know they range depending on their color mutations etc..they are just regular green parrotlets. Thanks! excited I got to handle them today!! I hope they will still be there by next week cuz thats when I go back to CT. yay!

Our local Bird only Shop [I'm in northern California] - sell the Hand tame Greens for $199 USD
The Breeder I got my Green girl from sold her for $125 USD.

I guess it all depends on where you live and on how badly you want one - :D I would have paid the $249.99 ;)

Booger is a normal green and I paid 100 for him. And Babybird I got for free because he has a crippled foot (but he doesnt know its broke) He does just great at getting around his cage and beating up his toys.

I think any price up to $300 is worth it for a green parrotlet!!
