Kathy - thanks for passing that on - that was very interesting. I had no idea that Kale was one of the most nutritious greens - I've never offered it.

Its inspired me to mix up the variety more - I seem to stick with what I notice them eating mostly -

Broccoli - carrot - cauliflower - and peas/beans in the pods.
