I've been browsing the threads about bringing birds into the shower with yourself, but I haven't found anything about shower hazards.... Eddie likes to sit on the top of the shower door while I shower, and occasionally land on my head. I was concerned about him getting into shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc.
Are there any special precautions any of you follow?

I keep Jack and Callie near the back of the shower, away from me where I soap up and everything. Or lately I have been rinsing them down first, then put them outside on the towel rack away from me and the soap while I finish up

What about the scents from body wash and shampoo? Is that ok for them to breathe in?

Yea, I just bring Edy in before I've shampoo'd or anything, let her have her fun, then set her on the towel on the rack just outside the shower so I can do all my stuff =).

i do as everyone else! i let him play under the stream of water for a while then move him to a shower rack in the back of the shower or out of the shower on the dry rack while i soap and stuff.
the scented shampoo is not a problem :p
