Hi . I am in school so can only feed morning (7) late afternoon (3:30-4) and evening (6:30)

How do I help my parrotlet get used to this? Thanks

That schedule is not a problem. I like to feed the fresh foods in the morning first thing when they are hungriest (no food in the cage at night to spoil the appetite with early morning snacking), but you don't want to leave fresh food in the cage for that many hours. You can feed fresh, and just before you leave, remove the fresh food, and put in either sprouted grains (they are live and growing, so last much longer out at room temperature) or a dry mix of grains, pellets and a tiny amount of seed. Then feed fresh again later in the day. That will work out fine for your new bird.

Feeding at certain times shouldn't be a problem. My birds get fed breakfast between 8:30 and 9 am. This is a fresh food mix of various veggies, grains, sprouts, etc. Between noon and 2 I remove their leftover fresh food (usually their is none) and give them their Zupreem pellets. In the evening they may get more fresh food, or green pepper ends with the seeds and/or some sprouted legumes and grains/seeds
