posting pictures

hi guy's .
how do i send pics on the forum.
when i go to upload the file the size is to big.
i am shooting on the lowest quality on my camera, but the file size is to large. mine come out at 321kb.
please help.

Hi Steve,

You have two choices for posting pictures in threads. You can reduce the file size of your pictures or you can set up a photosharing account. Personally, I prefer the photosharing account route - I use Photobucket, which is a free service. If you use photobucket, use the '[img]' option when posting the picture address.

For your avitar or photo album, you will have to edit the resolution of your pictures until they fit the format.

Morning Steve, Art told me about Photobucket and it works great. It offers you three sizes so you can post to forums or email or whatever. You can download into a file with them and retrieve them to post. I don't know much but I do know this much..LOL. I downladed some photos to Photobucket and then I clicked on the last offering under the picture and it says copied . The I leave there and go to my forum, write my post and the right click on paste and there it is. Now you have to know I am computer challenged but that does work for me...thanks to Art the genius.:D
