Is her Beak ok?

I was taking some pictures of 5 month old Trixie today and was able to get a macro shot of her beak. Does this look ok to you?

She has been gnawing on those little shell and starfish blocks.

It looks ok to me.

Normal beaks get surface cracks and rough spots. Looks fine to me. They usually maintain their beaks well if they have good chewing materials. Course Cello won't chew anything hard, so his beak is getting a tad long.

Yup, looks like the normal flaking one sees. Since beaks keep growing bits flake and fall off

she looks ok to me, but if you are in doubt, I would sent (email) pic to my avian vet.
