Hi guys :)

I have a question for anyone who has an answer...

Normally I put Cas to bed at 7 and wake him again at 7.
I cover him but I was wondering if I should change his routine in any way because of the time change?

Thanks!

Our birds put themselves to bed so this really isn't an issue for us but, I'd say shifting your birds schedule to coordinate with yours shouldn't be a problem. The main thing is that your bird gets the 12 hours of down time.

I've always been under the impression that birds set their schedules acording to the sun. If that is true then I don't think the time change will really affect him that much.

Chipper decides when to sleep, usually bet 7:30 and 8pm. She gets at least 12 hours of sleep and a long nap. Each bird is diff. I agree with Art, as long as they get that good long sleep.
