Can you find him? He was so cute when I was setting it up. :) He flew back and forth from the cages tweeting and talking and making all sorts of noises.

He also coughs like me now. Silly bird.

Is that an HQ flight cage? I have 2 of them, one for each (spoiled) Parrotlet and they love them!

Your dome top cage looks a lot like the first Kings Cage I had for Kiwi, only it has a medallion in the center of the dome part. It was about 18x18 and recommended for P'lets. HA! Turned out to be too small. When I got my second P'let, Kermit, about 3 weeks ago, I sold the dome top cage to my friend who has a 20 year old Senegal -- he loves it, so all worked out great!

Congrats to lucky Finn! I know he'll be very happy in his new castle!

Yup. :) Picked it up for $99, so I can't really complain. The smaller cage is HQ as well, and honestly worked alright for him, but he likes the new cage so much more!

I figured I'd keep it just in case, use it as a back up cage. :) You can never have too many!

$99 is a great buy!

Before I got Kermit, I kept Kiwi's dome top cage as her sleeping cage (quiet place in another room). It worked out great for her. However, when I got the second bird and the second HQ cage, I had to establish a BIRD ROOM just for them and their cages! I told my friend I was thinking about selling the dome top cage just because I needed the room, and she jumped at the chance!

Some day, if my babies get along and want to, my husband says he'll make the 2 HQ cages into one big flight cage like the HQ double flight cage. (I don't ask how, I just enjoy the benefits of things that come out of his brain!) Right now though, they are only allowed supervised playtime, so we'll see how it goes.

Anything for the birdies!!!

I was so tempted to buy the double flight... it was only $199! My parents would have slaughtered me, though. :P I should be saving money to pay off college bills. :D I'd rather spoil the bird, though.

Don't feel bad, Cydney! First I was never getting another bird, then my friend got a Parrotlet and I fell in love and have to have one. Then I had to have the big HQ cage. And now, 3 weeks ago, I just HAD to have another P'let, a male, and another HQ cage!! Now they have their OWN room!!!

It never ends!!!

I wonder when you'll get your next P'let Jo-Anne lol! Isn't that how the cycle goes?

STKHURLEY - OH NO!!! Gosh, two had better be my Parrotlet limit! Plus we have 3 dogs! And a SMALL house!!!

Actually, the birds don't take up much room, it's the CAGES and all their TOYS!!!!

Finn is such a georgious photogenic bird... SO....give us some pictures in his cage!!! >.<' LOL

Its great though that you didn't get yellow as the cage color. I was stupid and got green. I can never see Kiwi in his cage from far away. Hahaha!
