Moderator?

Hi All,

Dave mentioned in the anouncement section that he is interested in a moderator for our forum.

I'm considering throwing my hat in the ring but i'm concerned about the amount of time I have available to commit to this. Is anyone else (preferably someone who has been here a while) interested in moderating responsibilities for this site? Does anyone have comments about me moderating?

I had my second troll experience today on another site. I didn't realize the extent of this problem I vote for you Art, someone needs to check regularly to get that trash off .1 vote Art

Yes, we need someone to monitor. We had someone trying to put porn on another bird forum. Isn't there enough places on-line to put that kind of trash without putting it on bird forums???

At this point, moderators could come on as they normally would as members. Obviously, only active members would be considered. So for now you could look at coming on about the same amount of time as you are now because we're still small and there's not too much ground to cover.
