hello, I just joined tonight along with my two new additions to the family.
I took in a pair of green parrotlets and i believe they are a mexican veriaty.
I am looking forward to learning everything there is to know about these great little birds.
I took these in from a family did not want them and purchased them on impulse from an irrisponsible breeder. they are adapting well to my home but there is still much i need to learn. the one thing i noticed is that everyone i have talked to and all of the care sheets i have read say that they are quiet birds, but these ones are quite the opposite. their constantly chattering and very loud. I never thought that something that small could be so loud. but damn are they ever cute.
