Has anyone found a hair straightener that doesn't have teflon or a non-stick coating on it? Or at least one that should be somewhat safe to use? I'd appreciate any input! Thanks!

The Chi should be ceramic

When one of birds lets out a 'wild eep' or flys into something - it straigtens my hair perfectly...

Sorry, but in reality, I don't have a clue on this one.

Yep, the chi is ceramic. Best one out there too. We have one and it works wonders. :)

Which model do you guys recommend? I've been meaning to get a Chi one for a long time now.

The Chi Turbo is good. That's what we have. If you search the web you can usually find some pretty good sales.
