My dad's got the same rule on me... "No more pets!" :(

He looks so cute. Even if I wanted him, there's no way of not putting him under stress going from NY to Southern IL driving (gas) or shipping (never!).

I hope to g-d someone with parrot experience takes him. :( He looks so adorable though!
