Well, I found a new love...Yougurt. All sorts of flavors to pick and choose. Of course, Kiwi saw me eating it so I just let him have a little bit. He's hooked now! Its those yougurts with real fruits in them...

I eat a yougurt a day now for the past 3 days. Eversince, Kiwi has been sampling the different flavors with me. :o

Is this okay for me to be doing? I am only letting him have a few nibbles of it. Everytime, I put him back into his cage and lock the door, he gets very...loud! Screaming until he is back on my shoulder begging for some more. :p

Good? Not good?

I have heard that a tiny bit of dairy is OK I think... but having a bit every day might be a bit much.. I just this it is hilarious though how he gets loud until he gets more.. they are SUCH LITTLE BUGGERS!!

Sweetened yogurt, no, not good whether sugar or artificial sweetener. Plain, preferably non-fat yogurt is okay in tiny amounts, like no more than 1/8 to 1/4 tsp a couple of times a week.

Be sure to take out the birdies portion first.. our saliva is not good for them.
