My mother and father-in-law breeds birds. Ozzie was from their first clutch of Parrotlets. My father-in-law is a sucker when it comes to the babies and Ozzie and his syblings were spoiled! (Yes, I do think you can spoil a baby....bird or otherwize! LOL) So he loves to be held and tickled. He's not the happiest about coming out of his cage, but I'm sure he'll get better at that as he gets older.
