I was just curious and sorry if this is an "off-beat" question.

Can there be a fruit that is too acidey for a p'let?

I know that oranges are acidy, but can this at all affect them if given tou much. If not, what would be good about them and thier acidey nature??

Sorry if my question seems confusing. :o

The main point to remember about diet is to offer variety and balance. There should be two to three times as much vegetables as fruit offered every day. A little orange is fine to feed occasionally, but you want to vary the fruit that is offered, and remember not to feed too much fruit. Cantaloupe, berries, mango, papaya, peaches, pomegranate, are all good fruits for their diets, and are considered better for parrots than citrus. Though again, fine to feed occasionally.
