:) I really think people should try this.

It's a toy! It's a meal! It gets their mind going!! Just take some yarn or craft string and tie some greens to the cage and let them hang all over the place. Kiwi loves it!!

Kiwi is acutally making toys out of the Kale, corn (remember that old picture senior members??), collards.... and still eating it too. He actually eats all of his greens now since I have been doing that. I tie them all across the cage and he has to figure out how to get to it. Its reat stimulating his mind! :D Fun to watch too.

Give it a go if you haven't tried it yet! :)

I tried that with my Quaker. I put a piece of Bok Choy in Cabo's cage and she was terrified of it. I will try it for Hadji, his personality is so different. Cabo is skitish and hates anything new, Hadji on the other hand is fearless.

Excellent! Just be sure that the string isn't too long and he can't get tangled in it.

Will do!:D I wrapp most of the string around the kale or other foods so that it stays in place.

I still love this picture when Kiwi was a young baby (3-4months? I beleive)

I make yarn pompoms and mogi loves it.
My parrotlets and lovebirds love chewing up puzzle pieces too, but I'm cautious because I'm not sure about the safety of it...ink, chemicals and whatnot..
I also have some ropes hanging from the ceiling above their cages and they love climbing and swinging from them like monkeys.
