Sally, is this the cage you have for Chipper? I know you're very happy with yours, and I hope to buy a new one for Cello when we go to Texas in January. So, researching the options!

no that's not the cage she has (I believe) but I have that cage as do other members. It's very easy to clean and there is a lot of space available for toys. I love that cage to be honest.

The one you posted is a good size too. I got this one, but a good cage from a good company is what you want in case you need help. Windy City is great, I buy toys there. I actually got my Kings cage there. They don't carry Kings now. Too expensive. The right size from a company that is there if you need them is good. I LOVE my cage, color and design. Good for my house. You will be happy with the other too I am sure, I just have heard others like it.

I can't remember Cello's age. If he is a baby, he can start off in a smaller cage until strong. Or put all perches low in the big cage. Just until he is strong.

Thank you Sally and others. I think I will order that cage for when we drive up in January. Cello desperately needs a new cage (we are making do now) and there just aren't any decent ones available here in Mexico. Our big cages (for Macaw and Grey) we had an ironworker make, but this cage from Windy City looks ideal, size and price-wise!

Sally, I'm not sure of Cello's age. The former owner had him for a year and a half or two years. When she first got him, she said she sent a photo to someone in the States, and the woman wrote back and said he was about six months old because of his coloring. I don't know who she wrote to, and if the person was familiar with Mexican P'lets. Kind of vague, but he is at least two!
