My wife and I just returned home from visiting my parents for Thanksgiving. With us, we brought their 7 month old P'let, Katti.
My parents were discouraged with her, and we all felt that my wife and I would have better luck with her as my Mother was afraid of her, and my Dad doesn't have the patience to work with her as required.
She was from a small, credible pet store where she was hand fed and received plenty of attention, but as she grew with my parents she has forgotten to trust humans and doesn't much like them any more.
I think we have our work cut out for us, but I'm sure with the info I've found here and other places online, we will get her back to her playful, trusting nature eventually.
I'm loaded with questions, but I'll jump over to the appropriate forum for those.
Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone for the information that I've already gotten from here, and that which I hope to continue getting.
