It's finally all set up and they spent their first night in it.

Their old cage is on the floor in the first picture for comparison.

They love it! lots of room to fly and play----

I just gave them a little mist with water and they took their first bath
in the new water dish!!

They are a lot more active now that they have so much space
and things to explore around on. I think they are happier.

looks huge doesn't it?
haha

any ideas on what im missing?
I wanted lots of room for flying
(bunsen needs lots of practice)

Nice cage -- their toys look great too! I just ordered the same cage for my two guys -- should be here next week.

Great cage!

Keep us posted on how your birds personalities continue to change over the next few weeks. My advice is to not to overdo in with the toys so that your birds have room to fly inside.

Once this new cage starts to seem small for them, there is a side-by-side double version that you can buy ;) .

Hahah I will keep you updated, but I think this is as big as i'm prepared to go at the moment.

Yeah I am going to leave it not too cluttered so the little ones can
work on their flying skills a little more. Beaker is already a champ but
Bunsen (my yellow male) needs a lot more practice. especially the landings

They are almost 5 months so I figured time for a big-boy cage!

I can't wait to hear about how they are loving the new cage! WOW, much bigger. Do they have coconut toys? They could have a shaggy swing too.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v492/Sally11/PICT0615388.jpg

What an excellent cage! My parrotlet has the same cage. We use it as an aviary cage during the summer.
