The vet called me, and all Finn's tests came back clear! He had a gram stain, PBFD and a Chlamydia test. Also, as he is molting, his flights are starting to come back in! He had six on each side clipped and can still fly rather well, but the 5th one on both sides are now starting to poke out from under the others. c: I'm a happy parrotlet mom.
