Varies for me too, from 30mins (very busy day) to a few hours (working from home day). Alot of the time I let her decide when she wants to go back in her cage... she will fly back over there when she is ready. :)

She is sitting on my shoulder right now watching me type :) hehe

My normal weekday routine with lil Blue is: After I wake up and take a shower, he hangs out with me for about 20 minutes or so before I leave for work. I change his food and water right before I leave, so he's usually busy eating when I walk out the door. When I get home from work around 5:30ish he demands to come out and usually stays out with me until about 9 - 10PM with the occasional short trip back to his cage to eat more. On weekends he's pretty much out whenever I'm home.
